Our “island retreat” has been upgraded and newly furnished, perfect for a family vacation or quiet getaway. It’s only a short walk down a quiet cul-de-sac to the beach…there is a large pool for Ocean Point owners and guests, complete with large hot tub and cabana, across the cul-de-sac…you can walk to the first hole of the Links golf course… enjoy the sunset over the intracoastal waterway … have dinner on the screen porch… chip golf balls from the back yard onto the driving range…shop, dine, and sightsee in beautiful, historic downtown Charleston. The light filled first floor features hardwood floors throughout, accented by oriental rugs. The open floor plan includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, full bath and family room with fireplace. A screened porch, with a dining area, looks out over a lagoon and the Wild Dunes driving range, perfect for a cozy breakfast or relaxing evening meal. The family room also features an extensive collection of books for all ages, TV, VCR, DVD, Stereo/CD Player, family games and videos. Wireless internet service is also available for those who want to “stay connected”. On the second floor, the master suite receives lots of light from large windows and a screened porch for relaxing. All new furnishings include a queen size bed, TV, DVD, VCR. The master bath features a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The second and third bedrooms feature two twin beds and a queen size bed. Both are furnished in a beach theme with a Jack and Jill bath. We know that renting a vacation home sight unseen can be a challenge.
